1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the product has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Once your return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method or your Tooni Wallet, as per your preference.

3. Returns & Exchange

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

The item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
The item received is different from what was ordered.
The item is returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

4. Non-Refundable Items
